Together they form one of the oldest and most powerful auspicious pairings in Chinese culture. • The Phoenix: Sovereign of the skies and ruler among birds, the phoenix represents renewal, virtue, and grace. It is said to appear only in times of peace and prosperity, carrying the meaning of rebirth and enduring good fortune.
• The Jade Ring: The pendant centres on a ring of natural Hetian jade, shaped in the form of the peace buckle (平安扣), a classical Chinese motif symbolising safety, wholeness, and the smooth passage through life. In Chinese tradition, jade is believed to carry and protect the spirit of the wearer.
